When you’re feeling brave, take the mild spice of this smokie and turn it up a notch by butterflying it lengthwise, grilling it, and slathering it with your favourite hot sauce.

How it's Made

We make the distant smoky aroma of Freybe’s Bavarian Smokies by combining our perfectly blended pork cuts with mustard, white pepper, coriander, and ginger. We take pride in our sausage-making traditions that have been handed down our family for more than six generations. We honour their cumulative inter-generational expertise by taking the time to ensure that each Freybe sausage goes through the traditional processes that gives them their distinctive flavours.
