As well as the intense smoky flavour you’d expect from the double smoking process, you’ll also get hints of a spiced, mustardy taste.

 

You’ll notice that the Double Smoked Pepperoni has the kind of deep, strong flavour that can hold its own. So for a change of pace, you can dip them in sauces or mustards.

Ingrédients:

Pork, water, glucose, spices and spice extracts, salt, mustard, sodium phosphate, sugar, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke.

How it's Made

We take our traditional combination of the finest cuts of pork for Freybe’s Double Smoked Pepperoni and create a mustardy, smoky meat which we blend to the perfect consistency. Once we’ve stuffed our Double Smoked Pepperoni into their casings, we take the time to fully cook and smoke them (twice) so that they’re ready to eat and brimming with that famous Freybe flavour.
