Coarsely chop your chorizo and stir it through your mashed potato to bring some life to the the humble spud and create a delicious accompaniment for chicken or fish.

How it's Made

We prepare Freybe’s Dry Spanish Chorizo by fermenting, cooking, and fully air-drying our carefully blended combination of quality pork cuts, red bell peppers, paprika, garlic, and real red wine. We take pride in our sausage-making traditions that have been handed down our family for more than six generations. We honour their cumulative inter-generational expertise by taking the time to ensure that each Freybe sausage goes through the traditional processes that gives them their distinctive flavours.
