How it's Made

We make Freybe’s Honey Ham Sticks using German techniques. We lightly season quality cuts of pork and combine it with honey, before blending the result to the perfect consistency. Once we’ve stuffed our Honey Ham Sticks into their casings, we take the time to fully cook and smoke them so that they’re ready to eat and brimming with that famous Freybe flavour.
